Dragon self: 7' tall, 15ish' wide wingspan, several feet long tail. Green eyes, near-shoulderlength hair, brown-reddish shoulderlength hair, earfins and horns as well. Blue and white scales, specializes in arctic/cold weather manipulation and limited water manipulation.
